Don Steinberg is considered a marijuana pioneer with well known success in the marijuana industry. His successful experience in marketing and growing global businesses is well defined in his career and he brings that working knowledge and passion to the global distribution and retail sectors of Marijuana Inc.
In 2006, Mr. Steinberg formed Club Vivanet as an International MLM, selling a variety of services. In 2008, that company became a publicly traded company and then Don and Bruce recognized the emerging opportunities in the Medical Marijuana industry and changed the name of Club Vivanet to Medical Marijuana Inc. Medical Marijuana Inc (MJNA) became America’s first publicly traded company in the Marijuana industry.
In 2015, Don founded Marijuana Company of America and placed it onto the OTC markets. He resigned from that company in 2019 to pursue other interests.
Mr. Hancock has garnered recognition serving in numerous senior positions as a turnaround and merger and acquisition specialist throughout his 40-year career.
He’s all about making his clients money.
His career has taken him from Texas, to New York to California where he ran or owned several different types of companies. He has been President, CEO, COO, and VP of Sales & Marketing within public and private companies in financial services, investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, telecommunications and payment processing industries.
Most recently, as CEO and Chairman of the Board of Global Payout, Inc., a publicly traded company on the OTC markets from 2010 to 2018, Hancock worked within the financial services industries as a program manager and payment processor for prepaid card programs, where he is most proud of launching nearly 40 companies nationally and internationally, custom-designed, prepaid debit card programs.
Hancock has a vast amount of knowledge of the public company industry and due to his experience and reputation, he has access to a network of top SEC attorneys, accounting firms, investment bankers, and qualified management teams. Besides being a creative, forward-thinker, Hancock also shares his lessons learned from the past which has proven to be most helpful to his clients.
Hancock earned a Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, San Diego, and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. He served in the U.S. Army holding the rank of E-5, and today when he’s not working and Zooming with clients, Hancock plays golf, tennis, sails, and runs.
Bruce has a substantial history in the Marijuana and Hemp Industry as he has in so many of the other businesses he has created or been involved with. Robert, with several years of both tax and auditing experience at Ernst & Young (“EY”), LLP, worked in the firm’s core assurance practice performing audits of public and private companies, specifically in the real estate industry. He was a member of EY’s National Tax Group (FS0) for several years. At EY he provided tax services to REITS, private equity firms, hedge funds, film production companies and banks.
He specializes in partnership taxation. In addition, he has a broad range of experience, including ASC 740 tax provision audits, REIT compliance, preparation of 1120, 1065, and 1120S returns, M&A tax advisory work, multi-state tax compliance and international tax consulting.
He is the founding Managing Editor of CSUN’s The Tax Development Journal and one of nine professionals to be appointed to a newly formed Cannabis Advisory Taxation Taskforce (CATT) by Fiona Ma (candidate for California Treasurer in 2018) to help the California state law-makers develop and enhance new cannabis tax laws and regulations.

Rocky Petrullo is a strong cannabis entrepreneur with many years of experience in Jamaica and Colombia to support global distribution and an expert in water purity helping to ensure our products will be grown in the best conditions possible.
Rocky Petrullo is the President of One World Legends, Inc. His background includes being a cannabis pioneer in Jamaica and Columbia.
Since 2017, he put his past experience to work and successfully entered back into the market in Jamaica. There he acquired 4 legal cannabis licenses and opened a marijuana dispensary in Ocho Rios. He established new connections in the community in Jamaica which are being fostered for the development of global distribution.
Currently, his operations have moved into Colombia where he is actively researching and laying the groundwork for the growth and future export of classic heirloom strains to countries where it is legal to do so.
Beyond his experience specific to the cannabis plant, Rocky was an ADEQ water quality expert and EPA compliance officer. He has a scientific understanding about the problems that growing in contaminated water can bring to the product as well as an awareness of naturally occurring contamination like arsenic, fluoride, nitrates and surface water quality issues (CAP). These all lead to the importance of filtration and water treatment for commercial cannabis; especially in the west and he has focused in on a system that ensures water safety for small grows to large fields.
